Springtime Adventures

We have been so busy over the past two months with so many adventures near and far from camping to surfing and everything in between, so I thought I would share my highlights and snippets of the best bits of Spring. We have really been embracing the warmer climate that this season brings, however, Wales does rain a lot so every dry day we have had we've made the most of them. You can also see more on my Instagram feed and stories as I have loads more planned as we head into summer.

3. Really enjoying getting back in the water and on my surfboard at the beautiful blue flag beach that is Rest Bay in South Wales.

4. My eldest couldn't help by lie down in all the Cherry blossoms in Cardiff.

5. The boys and I had an incredible weekend at the Big Retreat Wales Festival, it was just the three of us and our first camping trip of the year.

6. This year is all about accepting and loving myself for who I am, strengths and flaws - I love the body positivity and self-love movement - social media should be used for positivity not negativity.
