Jumping in mud puddles is always fun |
So this is the last time for a while I am going to be featuring St Fagans on the blog as some of you must think that is the only place we go, which of course is not true but we probably do visit this outdoor museum once every 4-6 weeks, I think this is because it has so many elements to it, A Castle, Italian gardens, orchards, allotments and a small working farm and life at St Fagans is always changing and it'g beautiful to see the seasons so clearly and now with the arrival of spring lambs, piglets and beautiful daffodil fields and after reading Abigails Mothers Day adventure to St Fagans we just could't resist another visit, but this time with all of us, as John is usually at work.
Just incase your wondering Mr A loves drawing pen all over his arms |
We usually pack lunch or a picnic as it's the perfect place for that but on this visit we decided to treat ourselves to some lovely homemade chunky soup in the wonderful cafe. I also made my first daisy chain of the year.
I can see why you keep going back!
ReplyDeleteA lovely spot and it changes with the seasons too. I love all the daffs and nice for you to have John there to stand back and admire. Thanks for sharing some lovely photos on Country Kids.
