I love that I have a little boy but I have to admit having a girl at some point would be amazing. I would love to have a girl who is strong, independent, sporty and knows her own mind, not a pink girly girl but one who walks to her own beat with a unique personality. When I saw these gorgeous photos from the recent Ralph Lauren Girlswear show that happened earlier this week at a stables in the Hamptons with it's equestrian inspired collection it summed up my own style when I was a young girl, I love horse riding, I have been doing it since I was about 9 years old and it's a sport that takes some sass and I if I had a daughter I would want her to capture this style, strength and originality.
With Jessica Alba at the show with here daughters and guests being treated to a special performance from Madison Beer and hair braiding, Nail art from Essie and treats from Dylan's Candy Bar I can only imagine that it was an absolutely magical day.
I cannot wait to see the whole of the girls fashion show when it becomes available to view on Sept 5th on Ralphlauren.com
