Family travel and lifestyle blog
On the friday just gone was the tots100 Blog Summit in Bristol - an event I had been looking forward to for the past month, unfortunately the day before I started to feel a bit off colour and thursday night was spent on the couch being very uncomfortable after coming down with the winter stomach bug (norovirus), this meant I was going nowhere on friday, although I did get to see some photos and comments about the event as it was happening through twitter. John would of come with me although he could not get the time off work and I had already picked an outfit to wear and had organised childcare with the grandparents - who came and picked little Mr A up anyway as I was in no way capable of looking after him and myself at this point. Luckily though 4 days later the colour has returned to my face and I am feeling a lot better so I thought I would still share with you what I was planning to wear to tots100 Blog Summit.
I wanted to wear something that was casual, comfortable but also fun. My lovely printed top is from the sustainable American yoga company Prana, who really make some beautiful clothes. The striped Cardigan is thrifted Bodens, my trousers are from Topshop, the earrings I bought at a market in Cape Town and the bracelets are mainly from markets and charity/thrift shops and the ring is Amrita Singh. My shoes are Dozzy and Dee from Urban outfitters and I decided I would of taken a tote to fit all my pens and notepads and is from the ethical company Bags of Change.
